Slutty Show Star

Time: 12pm- 1:30pm

For those who love the glamour of traditional Las Vegas dancers but want to smut the feeling up, this workshop is for you. Exploring posture, glamour, bumps, grinds, shimmies, strutting and extravaganza, let's perfect your runway walk and learn a show stopping group choreography.

What this workshop covers:

• Develop core strength
• Pose, posture, walk
• Facial expression and character
• Improve body awareness, line and extension

Big Pussy Energy

Time: 1:45pm - 3:15pm

Want to tap into your powerful energy and slay on stage? For those who love to be bold and explore fierce, high energy movements - this workshop is for you. Combining the art of the tease unapologetically with modern sounds, heavy stomping choreography and serving face.

• Strong stage presence
• Timing and Musicality
• Fierce facial expressions
• Empowering group choreography

Power House

Time: 3:30pm - 5:00pm

Like the pillars of a stone house, sturdy and strong, the Power House workshop invites you to explore fierce stage presence through stiller movement and characterisation. Often we feel that we have to move constantly on stage to be seen or to fill the time, but there is so much power in stillness. Together we’ll explore how to command the stage with our presence alone and through empowering choreography.

My Misson

The thing that I have always loved about Burlesque is that it has been a safe space for me to explore my creativity, my body and sexuality. I love providing that feeling for others, and so being able to share this time with you feels so special to me. Whether you are new to dance or have some experience, my workshops are open to all levels and I encourage everyone to learn at their own pace. My workshops are beginner friendly, open to all genders, bodies, identities, individuals of all backgrounds, skill levels and are sex positive. Ultimately my aim is to empower you and to hype you in the celebration of who you are, through the art of Burlesque.

What to wear and bring

It’s important to me that you feel confident and sexy during my workshops, so wear clothing that is comfortable, easy to move in and makes you feel empowered. Often people wear leggings, crops, sports bras, singlets or shorts. For shoes you can wear heels, jazz shoes, sneakers, flat dance shoes or you can do barefoot. Please bring knee pads if we are doing floor work together. Don’t forget your water and if you want to bring a notepad and pen to take notes you’re more than welcome.
