Inner Vixen

Time: 10:00am - 11:30am

Release your inner vixen and learn how to captivate your audience using the art of the tease and commanding stage presence. Through sensual and classic Burlesque moves, we will channel the femme fatales of days gone by and feel powerful in our bodies in a jaw dropping group choreography. Let’s bump and grind, but add your own unique brand of spice.

What this workshop covers:

• Classic Burlesque moves and techniques
• How to incorporate the art of the tease
• Commanding the stage and audience
• Character development
• Poise and Posture

Big Pussy Energy

Time: 11:45am - 1:15pm

Want to tap into your powerful energy and slay on stage? For those who love to be bold and explore fierce, high energy movements - this workshop is for you. Combining the art of the tease unapologetically with modern sounds, heavy stomping choreography and serving face.

What this workshop covers:

• Strong stage presence
• Timing and Musicality
• Fierce facial expressions
• Empowering group choreography

Femme Floor Play

Time: 1:30pm - 3:00pm

Femme floor play invites you to get lost in the grounding nature of dancing on the floor. This class puts an emphasis on how we feel, through exploring sensation and slinky choreography. Knee pads and heels are strongly recommended.

What this workshop covers:

• Cat crawls and erotic grinds
• Transitions
• Slinky and sensual floor work
• Seductive choreography

Inclusivity

The thing that I have always loved about Burlesque is that it has been a safe space for me to explore my creativity, my body and sexuality. I love providing that feeling for others, and so being able to share this time with you feels so special to me. My workshops are open to all genders, bodies, identities, individuals of all backgrounds, skill levels and are sex positive. Ultimately my aim is to empower you and to hype you in the celebration of who you are, through the art of Burlesque.

What to wear and bring

It’s important to me that you feel confident and sexy during my workshops, so wear clothing that is comfortable, easy to move in and makes you feel empowered. Often people wear leggings, crops, sports bras, singlets or shorts. For shoes you can wear heels, jazz shoes, sneakers, flat dance shoes or you can do barefoot. Please bring knee pads if we are doing floor work together. Don’t forget your water and if you want to bring a notepad and pen to take notes you’re more than welcome.
